WISEWAY PROPERTY DEVELOPMENTS LTD.

Wiseway Property Developments Ltd. is a Canadian company which was incorporated in 1997 by Nancy and John Wiseman. The company has purchased rental properties Nantionaly in Newfoundland, Manitoba, Alberta and Victoria. Internationaly, Wiseway Property Developments has expanded into both Central America (Costa Rica) and Mexico (Huatulco) offering Vacation rentals. The company owns a total of 32 rental units around the world.

Wiseway Property Developments started purchasing rental units in 2003 concentrating on properties throughout Newfoundland. Later the company decided to expand its market to the west side of Canada purchasing properties in Manitoba, Alberta and Victoria. Due to the
owners travelling quite extensively, the company now owns properties and land Internationally.

Today, the company is now concentrating on the US market for its future rental properties.
